I've been reading more blogs and I came across a certain blog with several responses. People claimed to be gluten-free and dairy-free and SYMPTOM-FREE. Maybe I should try this too and continue to get the word out if it works. People that commented were saying that it takes a few months of being off of all these products to feel well. The same people also explained that they basically had to learn how to cook from scratch.
It was interesting to me. These people had nothing to gain for once. They weren't promoting certain specific products or anything like that. One woman who had fibromyalgia also had a son with autism said that her son's autism symptoms disappeared when he got off of wheat. Maybe there really is something to this.
